Shipping policy

Delivery fee would be on us for orders above $80. 
Once an order is placed, all purchases are considered final. You will not be able to amend orders.
Please allow a delivery timeframe of approximately 3-5 business days from point of purchase. 
Olive Edition is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customers at checkout. 
In an event of an unsuccessful delivery, please note that an additional delivery charge of $6 will apply for each subsequent delivery attempt.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for personalised items.
All shipping costs are Non-refundable as these have been paid to the courier service which are not eligible for refund.
